1. Assist in the operation, maintenance, and internal audits of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems to ensure effective implementation of the company’s related management systems;

2. Establish occupational health records for employees, monitor their health status, and propose corrective actions for any abnormalities;

3. Assist in conducting irregular inspections of company areas, warehouses, and safety & environmental protection equipment and facilities; promptly follow up and rectify any violations or hazards to ensure closed-loop management of safety risks;

4. Support the preparation of monthly and annual safety and environmental reports, monitor key data such as testing indicators and emission volumes, summarize work progress, and provide improvement suggestions;

5. Monitor the discharge of wastewater, waste gas, hazardous waste, and solid waste. Supervise the classification, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste to ensure compliant handling or transfer;

6. Assist in safety and environmental education and training. Participate in relevant special and comprehensive drills according to the annual plan, and ensure proper evaluation, documentation, and archiving;

7. Assist in safety risk assessment and control. Identify safety hazards in laboratory and production processes (such as chemical leaks, mechanical injuries, hazardous operations), and conduct risk grading evaluations;

8. Assist in establishing and improving the company’s safety production management system (such as EHS system, dual prevention mechanism, lean management, safety standardization), develop safety operation procedures and emergency plans, supervise departmental compliance, conduct regular inspections, and propose improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Over 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles within the new energy sector;

3. Job requirements:

(1) Possession of a registered safety engineer certificate, familiarity with Banrong software, and relevant industry work experience;

(2) Proficient knowledge of safety, environmental protection, fire prevention, and occupational health.

1. Implementation: Develop MES implementation plans based on company development requirements, drive project progress according to the plan, conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, and produce development documentation;

2. Maintenance: Configure and maintain MES-related hardware such as networks, label printers, and PDAs; provide daily operation training and handle exception analysis; perform regular database backups and restorations;

3. Secondary Development: Perform secondary development, import, and management maintenance of new MES functionalities as required;

4. Training: Prepare user manuals and troubleshooting knowledge bases; conduct user operation training and guidance.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;

2. Experience in MES system project implementation, promotion, plan execution, frontend deployment, and maintenance support;

3. Familiar with MES server architecture, understanding of device integration protocols such as OPC and PLC, with system troubleshooting skills;

4. Knowledge of anode and cathode material manufacturing processes, quality, and logistics; familiarity with automation equipment integration and other systems such as ERP, WMS, QMS, and SCADA;

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with good ability in solution design and presentation;

6. Experience in the lithium battery materials industry and familiarity with lithium battery materials manufacturing processes are preferred;

7. Collaborate with various demand departments to evaluate and drive the implementation of business optimizations related to planning, production, quality, and processes.

2. Over 2 years of production experience in the battery materials industry (ternary or lithium iron phosphate) and more than 1 year of management experience;

3. Strong communication, planning, and execution skills, with experience in project construction and process improvement;

4. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Origin, and other office software, with good communication and coordination abilities.
