1. Assist in the operation, maintenance, and internal audits of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems to ensure effective implementation of the company’s related management systems;
2. Establish occupational health records for employees, monitor their health status, and propose corrective actions for any abnormalities;
3. Assist in conducting irregular inspections of company areas, warehouses, and safety & environmental protection equipment and facilities; promptly follow up and rectify any violations or hazards to ensure closed-loop management of safety risks;
4. Support the preparation of monthly and annual safety and environmental reports, monitor key data such as testing indicators and emission volumes, summarize work progress, and provide improvement suggestions;
5. Monitor the discharge of wastewater, waste gas, hazardous waste, and solid waste. Supervise the classification, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste to ensure compliant handling or transfer;
6. Assist in safety and environmental education and training. Participate in relevant special and comprehensive drills according to the annual plan, and ensure proper evaluation, documentation, and archiving;
7. Assist in safety risk assessment and control. Identify safety hazards in laboratory and production processes (such as chemical leaks, mechanical injuries, hazardous operations), and conduct risk grading evaluations;
8. Assist in establishing and improving the company’s safety production management system (such as EHS system, dual prevention mechanism, lean management, safety standardization), develop safety operation procedures and emergency plans, supervise departmental compliance, conduct regular inspections, and propose improvements.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Over 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles within the new energy sector;
3. Job requirements:
(1) Possession of a registered safety engineer certificate, familiarity with Banrong software, and relevant industry work experience;
(2) Proficient knowledge of safety, environmental protection, fire prevention, and occupational health.
